Dylan is an Australian worship leader currently based in the UK and this is his first album released independently. The songs have a folk vibe and you can imagine they grew up organically in the studio with a group of friends. They definitely have a unique intimate worship feel with acoustic guitars, banjos, bells, trumpets, keyboards and other vocalists adding strength to the singing. Worthy of note are the melodic "Bag Of Bones", the bouncy "May Our Praise", the thoughtful "Battlefield" and the well-known Salvation Army hymn "Send The Fire". Better production may have helped to enhance the quality of the songs and blend the instrumentation and strengthen the vocals but this is still an album which offers a mix of melodic worship songs with an earthy atmosphere.
