After pop albums in the 70's and early 80's; this very talented group of guys go CCM style, yay!!!
1984 saw them on the top ccm label myrrh; per web info, 2 songs hi-lighted the lp that were played on radio: "I Can Depend On YOU" & "I Am Persuaded" (great ccm sound, hit is all over these 2). Side 1 of the lp begins with great ccm songs, "Are You
Ready? (top ccm artist David Meece had a top lp same title in 1980); songs "Higher" & "I Can Depend on YOU" follow. The pop flavored "You're Gonna Be Somebody" ends side 2; I like this one. This album really catapulted the group into the CCM genre; and at a great time period when CCM was soaring!
