Canada's David Ruis has few peers in contemporary worship music. He displays an unerring ability to write melodically attractive and lyrically impactful songs, his musical accompaniments, though not as avowedly contemporary as the UK's Delirious? or Matt Redman are still full of engaging pop rock ideas and his anointing is unquestionable. Recorded live at Metro Vineyard Fellowship in Kansas City there are several songs on 'Let The Winds Blow' like "You're Worthy Of My Praise" which are impacting Britain's churches while the three prophetic, sorry, spontaneous, songs here are each thrilling in their own right. If you've yet to catch up with this powerful musical minister here is a great place to start.
