Senegalese singer/songwriter Cissa's third album sees him team up with Irish producer Adam Baker for a collection of French-sung tracks that tell of the beauty found when we reconnect with God. Reflecting his obvious African heritage, this release is full of upbeat rhythms and sunny melodies and there is an overarching feeling of joy to proceedings - helped in no small part by Cissa's invitingly warm and gentle vocal style. Forays into reggae and salsa in the likes of "Alpha-Omega" and the title track respectively or a guest appearance from vocalist Elbert Smelt De Trinity on "Samm Kat" ensure that there is enough variety on what is a fine release from the Senegalese troubadour.
