These guys created quite a stir at Soul Survivor. This album offers a bit of everything, shiny pop, acoustic worship but, above all, guitar driven rock. The first three short chorus-type tracks are crammed with deep thoughtful lyrics. "Gloria", though it may not please U2 purists, has a great violin and even choir singing in Latin (I think!). Maybe the eclecticism shown here will hinder sales (live, they are a much more full-on rock team) but this is still confirmation that Circadian Rhythm are a well above average American band.
