Just as we view pictures in a gallery and try to understand both the picture and the artist, so up and coming New York artist Chris Anthony hopes this eight-track project both reflects him and ultimately points to the one who has changed him. "What Y'All Wanna Know" is like a launchpad into this purpose as Chris shows his transparency over southern beats. The echoing "Changed Me" continues this vein over a minimalist bassy beat as the rapper demonstrates the change that took him from darkness to light. As a producer, rapper and singer ("Better"), Chris is able to bring changes of moods and variation throughout and has the ability to story tell with a great dynamic range of voices. Consequently he can draw the listener into his past, as on the powerful "Ship In A Bottle". The final track "Scars" involves the listener in his journey, reminding us that we are all in the process of being healed and restored by God.
