The chill out phenomenon has really taken off in recent years so it's not surprising to find record companies putting out releases such as this. The 12 tracks here comprise predominantly lesser known material (Andrew and Wendy Green originals) together with a couple of well known choruses (Vineyard's "Breathe" and "Hungry"). Whilst this album has some value as a tool for contemplation and personal meditation, the overwhelming feeling of background music is hard to shake. Even though there are a number of interesting elements in the mix (keys, sax, trumpet, guitars and drum loops), this project, produced by Andrew and Wendy Green with such well known musicians as flautist Simeon Wood and saxophonist Jason Rae, this is still a little dull.
