Just when you thought the nightmare had ended... When every cry of protest and words of vilification have been written, still this ghastly series of albums continue to pour out their shrill banalities. By now our readers will know that Cross Rhythms reviewers to a man, woman and child view these cheaply recorded, gratuitously banal, loathsomely cutesy Cedarmont Kids Praise albums (they were originally called Kids Praise, the Cedarmont was added presumably to protect the guilty) with the same expectancy that waiting patients view the dentist's drill. And, to give producers Sue and Mike Gay their due, the series maintains its consistency here. Mr Gay's keyboards provide sleigh bell effects to the already corny songs while the piping of the children is simply interminable. If you already have Scrooge-like tendencies here is an album to tip you over the edge.
