Really pleased to have found this site and read the article on Canaan. Have had the first LP for donkey's years, having grown up through the 60's.
Still play it regularly, now on CD and as MP3.
Canaan - your work has had an enduring effect for the Gospel.

I've found three of Canaan's songs from their first album on You Tube. They are Rock and Roll Gypsy and Finding (on the same piece) and Jesus Revolution.

I enjoyed the article very much and would like to know where I could get a cd of the music as it was this music that I istened to when I first became a Christian

I have the two vinyl albums made by Cannan and have had them transferred to CD to play on my ipod. Just wish I could find the sheet music/guitar chords.

Ian like you especially this album is special to me - I too would like to know where a cd copy can be sourced - I have some of the other vinyls - water into wine band, Jesus revolution, bryn Haworth etc
