I have this album, it is a great gem to have! I have the rerelease version from 1986 with the duet "Create in me a Clean Heart" with Amy Grant;with Gary Chapman adding his vocals also to the song: I luv this song!! The title track "Talk to One Another", "Sometimes my Heart", and "Carry On" are among my other favorites. Background vocalist Diana Dewitt accents "Carry On" so superb!:she has also done vocals for Amy Grant and Debby Boone. I also have the original version of "Create in me a Clean Heart" by Brown on cd compilation. GOD Bless! -Don

I used to have the album 'Talk to one another' by Brown Bannister and it was one of my favourites...I would love to see it be re-released on CD - is there any way that you could contact Mr. Bannister to see if he would do that as his voice was just great and the songs are wonderful.
I look forward to hearing back from you

There is a cassette copy available on amazon.com for sale; I don't think it has ever been released on CD.

"Talk To One Another" is lovely. The songs on this album are from an era where instruments aren't too overbearing which allows you to fortunately hear the meaningful words. That combined with his nice, clear and soft singing voice - makes it a very thoughtful and poetic experience.
I've 2 different editions of this vinyl- the original Newpax '81 release (has his solo version of 'Create in Me a Clean Heart') and the Reunion '86 edition ('CiMaCH' song revised as duet w/Amy Grant). I personally prefer 'CiMaCH' solo as I think Amy's voice changes texture of song (thus slight overall feel of album even though she's on just one song) - but it's still lovely indeed whichever version you get. If you're getting vinyl, remember the 'CiMaCH' rule - Newpax '81 has solo version, while Reunion '86 has 'CiMaCH' duet w/Amy.
Brown Bannister is a terrific producer! Among my favourite albums he's (co)produced three: Twila Paris' "Beyond a Dream" (one of my first CCM albums and like my 'first love' album), Avalon's "Oxygen" (my favourite studio album of theirs) and Amy Grant's "Legacy...Hymns & Faith (which seems to put me into a seamless reflective mood when I listen to this). Other than that, I'm sure I can confidently put "Talk To One Another" album in this same category!
Thanks heaps Brown for being a blessing! I pray, God's continuous blessing upon you, your family and your ministry in Jesus' name and to His glory!
