Bride have been around for a long time and were undoubtedly pioneers of the Christian metal scene. So with this in mind I will continue with a measure of respect. But, having said that, they're a bit like my old black, skin tight canvass jeans, oh how I used to love 'em, but I would not be seen dead in them now! They have tried to update their sound with some rap rock mixes, but I'm afraid it has all gone a bit wrong. The album is well played and produced and is a gift for die hard Bride fans and retro-rockers, but it will be unlikely to win many new fans. More cheesy than a chiropodist's waste disposal.
