The video is divided into two interlinked segments, Bill's song and an introduction to Operation Mobilisation's Ten Forty Window. Bill is an accomplished musician and worship leader with OM. The song "Ten Four O" was written as part of Bill's commitment to the Ten Forty Window programme. Stylistically the song is a "west coast" rock ballad that is remarkably fresh; in fact it's rather good. It doesn't fall into the clichés so common in this style of music and it doesn't suffer from weak production values, unfortunately so common in Christian music. The video consists of actuality from the 10-40 window cut with Bill singing his song. It is easily as good as the M People backed Peugeot 406 advert. The rest of the tape relates to the Ten Forty Programme and OM. It presents the situation in the area bounded by 10 degrees and 40 degrees latitude and asks for the viewer to support the work through personal involvement, prayer and/or financial involvement. It's not a cringe making plea for money but a rounded appeal for Christians to get involved. Worth watching (and getting involved).
