Loved her voice and “Give Me a Vision”.
Met her, and had a childhood crush on her son, Jack, after going to camp Piasano in west Texas one summer. After my mom passed away, I found letters Jack jr. had sent me for over a year. Would love to touch base with him. I’m 71….so it’s been a lifetime ago.

I am the member of choir in Hong Kong who is working on a series of write up about hymn appreciation. I love the Give Me a Vision very much and hopefully to understand the history or story behind of this song, in order to introduce this song to all of our church member and especially let our choir member understand the song deeply before our service. Thank you for your reply and you may reach me by the email mentioned above. Thank you

Dear Don!
Beverly would be so pleased to know her song had a wonderful impact on you and others.
She is alive and well at age 89 !
Her son Greg and I take good care of her as she continues to be a blessing to others.

I knew of Beverly and Jack Terrell as I was growing up in Fort Worth, TX. I don't know why but I've kept her song "Give Me A Vision" in my mind and heart for about
70 years. I am a minister of music and had the privilege of conducting it with my choir at the Birdville Baptist Church, Haltom City, TX many years ago. I am a poet and have a thought for the day I send to over 100 recipients and would love to have permission to use the lyrics to the song in my thought for the day for I felt it most appropriate to begin the new year

Anything you can do to grant me permission to use it will be greatly appreciated!

Blessings.

Don Biggerstaff
