Everything about this album screams at me 'I want to be Bon Jovi'! The impressive thing is that Anyday's sound gets surprisingly close. The whole feel is stereotypically US Rock despite this three piece being from Newfoundland, Canada. As there are only three in the band it makes the arrangements crystal clear with sharp drums (Devin Robinson), Bass (Glenn Thomas), electric guitar and lead vocals (Clint Curtis) and nothing else. At times even this is simplified for dramatic effect. The day job music production skill of Devin has been put to good use particularly with the outstanding lead guitar work. If this was still the 1980s this band could be huge. The lyrics provide a subtle positive nod towards Christianity, with the occasional lyric like "Now that I've found the real thing I'll never be the same again". This is alligator wrestling 'real man' 12 bar blues rock suited to speeding down the open highway in a massive truck.
