A hot new team (hey wait a minute, they were formed back in 1985!) from Leicester who offer swingbeat gospel with plenty of streetwise know-how and a slick touch not often heard from groups financing their own tape. Both the soulful sister on the title track and wheezing R&B male on "Love Makes The World Go Round" catch the ear. The rap on the latter is pretty hot too. He's The One' is a 4-song tape recommended to all looking for the gospel message presented with funky sensibilities. If you want to know where the next Wades might come from check out Leicester...there's another level of R&B gospel happening there.
