The London-based gospel artist presents in just five songs an approachable, versatile collection of uplifting tracks. The opener "Here In Your Presence" sets out the stall perfectly with crisp vocals and beautiful melody, sticking with you just after a few plays. "My Hope My Song" is similar with guest vocalist Muyiwa along with choir, (which feature throughout the album). Another mainstay of the UK gospel scene, Mark Beswick also sings on "Spirit Come". The only song that gathers pace is the title track, which with its dynamic chorus "Let your love rain down" will get you singing along. My only criticism of the collection is the preponderance of ballads. Otherwise a fine introduction.
