Early bandwagon trio of gospel/ccm show off their
talents with this debut recorded in 1977.
Filled with a mixture of pop, country & cajun styled
songs. Nice acoustic sounds are heard as well as
nice harmony. One has to admit this was the
more acceptable type of christian music in the
late 70's era.
I like the starter song "Take Me To The Comfort",
though only a little over 2 minutes in length.
Alan Moore's "Over The Next Horizon" & "Lead Me
Through"are commendable. The album title closes
the songset on side 2 which is rarely unheard of. Another
nice, easy listening and thought provoking song. Let us be
thankful for the gift of today.
I don't want to leave out a compliment for the great artwork
by Chuck Strantz of the trio on inside sleeve.
God Bless, Don
ps. What are these 3 guys doing these days, any
update is appreciated.
