Alberto, with his wife Kimberly, is a leading figure in the "soaking" movement impacting many churches and so Joining The Dots have put out most of their back catalogue, including this album originally released in 2003. Alberto is on record as saying, "We believe that when those sounds are experienced, we will see the manifest presence of the Lord released in greater power and miraculous demonstration." That's admirable, but what is actually delivered on this album is highly disappointing. The effects and synths are extremely cheesy and the picking guitar in the opener, 'I Love Your Life' comes across as midi recording at its worst. The pads fail to create a sense of atmosphere and meditation as there isn't enough depth in the sound. The reverb drenched keyboard on 'Sing To The Lord' is unnecessary - a real grand piano would have been more sufficient providing atmosphere from the pedal and natural recording ambience. 'Prayer On Keys' is another prime example of uncreative production, heavy keyboard work and a thin stereo field creating a one dimensional listen.

Product Description
“This CD is an all keyboard album with music played live in different ministry situations as well as times of personal devotion. It provides a peaceful atmosphere where you can rest and “soak” in the presence of the Lord.
“My prayer is that this CD would be a helpful tool as you spend time with the Lord or just simply go about your day in His Presence.
“One of the thrills of my life is to play for worship/intercession gatherings. So most of these songs are from those kind of situations. I only like to release material that I feel carries the Presence of the Lord, because that is the only thing that will feed our spirit.
“I hope you find Peace to be a blessing to you!” - Alberto Rivera.
