This free mixtape is a companion to Duncan's 'Fresh Air'. It's a brief collection of song snippets and alternate takes rapped over acoustic music, movie scores and new beats by Foster. In Alan's own words, "This was a lyrical exercise for me. I wanted to see how it would sound to re-contextualize my writings over instrumental passages of music that I love." It's an interesting and quirky addition to the main album (eg, "Movin'-Movin' On", an abridged "Believe", "Back" and "Fresh Air Over The Mountain"), as well as introducing new tracks and a demo track (the engaging "Repaid") and re-sampled, mixed up tracks as in "The Red Blood". As stated, most tracks have a stripped back vibe as in the beautiful and acoustic standout "Alone". As with the main project, the rapper has a great ability to draw you into the truth of Jesus in a very powerful, real way as in "(Brother) Sister For You" and "Back (The Fantastic)".
