Abigail Angus is a Christian singer/songwriter from Suffolk who is passionate about writing meaningful lyrics about everyday life. Her music is a blend of folk, jazz and easy-listening. "Patience" is about trusting God and his timing. The final line "Just wait and hold onto his hand tightly" encourages a real trust in God. "Excuses" brings up all the reasons we seem to have when it comes to God and our sin. Reasons like "it makes me happy" are all listed but the question is also asked where do we want to be? "Second Chance" is my favourite track on the EP, with a real jazz feel, and Abigail's voice works well across the minor chord changes. The lyrics are all about how the Lord has given Abigail a second chance and that we don't need to be ashamed because God loves us no matter what. Not exactly ground-breaking, but this EP works well on many levels.

Thank you for your honest opinion about my music. ‘Second Chance’ is also one of my favourites to perform.
