This five-track EP was penned by Barry McGuire (not the "Eve Of Destruction" man but the lead singer of New Jersey-based 288) and Joe Decker as a set of scratch tracks and each is as different as it is inspiring. These guys are exceptionally talented, their songwriting is quality and the rhythm section bites. "Home" is a tale told by the homecoming wanderer explaining that he is what he is - 'you cannot stop the wind' "Some Days" is outstanding with a capital 'O'. It has everything - a compelling rhythm, a tasty Stranglers type lead break on the keyboard, Barrie's grainy voice just adds to it as he proclaims that 'God works for the care of those who love him': with its syncopated rhythm, you will find it a foot tapper that has put a spring in your step.

Barry and his band "288" are such a Holy Spirit filled bunch of God loving talented musicians. They are men of God that have been brought together by God to bring the LORD glory. That is why i am clearly convinced that these men will continue on their journey for Christ and spread The Word through their message turning more and more hearts toward Christ and changing lives . When a band as gifted as these men comes together with the hand of God over them you can be assured that nothing will stop God from His will being done. I believe any persons that help this band to move forward for the Kingdom of God,will be blessed! Bless God for bringing these humble men together to promote His Kingdom. For His Kingdoms sake. Glory to God!
