AFTER A return to the disco floor with her last album, veteran diva Candi Staton returns to gospel with a new album 'Here's A Blessing For You: Love From Candi Staton'. She recently spoke about the emotional pain of divorcing her husband of 18 years, drummer and record producer John Susswell. She said, "The messages in the songs on this album really began to minister to me and help me to heal." The album features a duet with Dottie Peoples titled "Shut-Up And Start Praying".
