UCB seek licences for North Wales, Edinburgh and Carlisle.

STAFFORDSHIRE-based United Christian Broadcasters (UCB) have applied for permanent licences in North Wales, Edinburgh and Carlisle. At the end of last year, UCB began broadcasting by satellite on the ASTRA system to a potential three million people. UCB has a 75 per cent CCM/25 per cent speech policy.  CR
