Birmingham's Highgate Gospel Choir celebrate their 40-year heritage

THE MUSICAL heritage of the Midlands gospel group the Highgate Gospel Choir continues to be celebrated. In 1985 the choir recorded the album 'How Good Is The Lord'. Record producer Donovan Hepburn has now tracked down many of the original choir members and recorded the album 'The Heritage Project', featuring reimagined versions of many of the songs on the 1985 release. 'The Heritage Project' is now available through all major streaming sites and a vinyl version of the album will be launched at a concert in Birmingham on 25th October. CR
