The legendary Kurtis Blow returns with 'Tha Block Iz Hot' project

ONE OF the founding figures of modern rap and the first hip-hop artist to be certified gold, Kurtis Blow is set to release his first album in almost 20 years. Kurtis, now a Christian, is the presenter of popular radio programme Old School Hip-Hop Show and EMI/Holy Hip-Hop are now releasing a 24-track compilation titled 'Kurtis Blow Presents: Tha Block Iz Hot' featuring a bevy of Christian rappers including Mr Del, Canton Jones, Prophecy, Ifeanyi, Messenja, The Trinity and Da Fam. CR
