BLUES and Americana man Kelly Joe Phelps is gaining critical praise for his latest album 'Brother Sinner And The Whale'. Wrote Christianity Today about the project, "It is, in essence, a blues guitar album, and he demonstrates such finger picking mastery over the instrument that it seems an extension of himself.
