Hitmaking songsmith Regie Hamm releases own album
HONOURED four times by copyright organisation SESAC as Songwriter Of The Year, Regie Hamm has released his own album 'Set It On Fire'. Hamm has written 21 number one Christian music hits for such acts as Jaci Velasquez, Point Of Grace, Clay Crosse and Bob Carlisle and hit the Top 20 as a solo artist on the pop charts, and as a writer penned the 2008 American Idol finale song, "The Time Of My Life", recorded by David Cook and destined to sit atop the Billboard charts for 16 weeks. 'Set It On Fire' is described as "one man's spiritual and emotional journey of the heart. Pain and triumph are universal to the human condition and they are captured here in a collection of songs that will speak volumes to anyone who has ever risen, fallen, and ultimately found the joy of redemption."
