Rex UK flounders; new label launched in States

THE UK arm of alternative label REX featured in last issue's news pages seems to have run into major teething difficulties and no releases are out as we go to press. In the States however, it's all systems go for REX with a new label, Rex Populi, for "alternative pop". First release is by hot band 6-piece Sixpence None The Richer. CR
