Scotland's Andrew Howie drops Calamateur name, releases album

THE SCOTTISH singer/songwriter Andrew Howie, who has previously performed and recorded under the name Calamateur, has reverted to his real name. His first release since 2011, the album 'The Great Divide', has just been released and is available through Bandcamp. A single from the project, co-written with Yvonne Lyon, "The Fury And The Sound" has already been released. Lyon contributes piano and backing vocals on four tracks on Howie's home studio-recorded album.
