Breaching rules on criticism on other faiths, Premier is given a warning

LONDON'S Premier Christian Radio was given an official warning by a broadcasting regulator after seven complaints were upheld recently. The Radio Authority criticised the station for breaching its rules on the criticism of other faiths. In one instance the Koran and the holy book of Hindus and Buddhists were described as "full of superstition and absurdities. Said Premier's chairman, David Heron, "We have apologised to the Radio Authority and assured them that such incidents will not recur and have put in place significant measures to achieve this undertaking."
