Niel Costello produces new Phil And John album.

PHIL AND John have completed recording a new album at Neil Costello's Field Studios in Derby. Produced by Costello and Chris Easton, it is said to mark a move back to the sound of their 'Lonely Dancer' album, and their record company Word UK expect it to get major airplay in the US. The working title for the album is Quiet Storm, and a release is expected early in 1991. CR
