ITV taking on the popular black gospel TV series

TVS have confirmed that there will be a new series of the popular black gospel series People Get Ready in 1991. Exact details of the number of programmes to be recorded, or who will be presenting the show are at present unconfirmed, but producer Roy Francis was able to tell us that the new series will be shown on ITV rather than Channel 4. Production begins in November for probable broadcast in Spring 1991. CR
