Angus Benton, BBC Young Chorister Of The Year, releases album
THE BBC Young Chorister Of The Year, Angus Benton has released the album 'Three Wings' through Neon Records. Read a press release, "The first recording since his win is not a straight classical one but an anthemic reworking of medieval plainsong that will appeal to a wide audience. Composer David Lol Perry has taken Angus and his fellow Winchester College boy Quiristers' (choristers) acapella melodies and given them bittersweet, contemporary arrangements that would fit right into an episode of Nordic Noir."
