Newark Showground event set for 25th to 30th July.

THE DATES for the 2005 Newday event, organised by the New Frontiers stream of churches, have been announced. The event will be held from 25th to 30th July 2005 and, like the 2004 event, will be situated at the Newark Showground. A spokesperson for the event said, "In many ways Newday 2005 will look very much like 2004, except on the last three nights we will all get on some buses and travel to Notts Country's football stadium and gather with thousands from the city of Nottingham for some massive gospel events."

A live album recorded at the 2004 Newday has just been released by Survivor Records. The CD, which includes video footage, features worship led by Paul Oakley, Matt Redman, Simon Brading, Phatfish and Yfriday. CR
