Rappers 38th Parallel say their name relates to demilitarised zone in Korea

US RAPCORE band 38th Parallel, whose album 'Turn The Tides' was reviewed in CR70, revealed recently that their name makes reference to the demilitarised zone that lies between North and South Korea. Guitarist Shane Moe said, "Just as those countries have experienced war, so every day we are in the middle of conflicting beliefs about what's real and true".
