Smokie Norful, Tye Tribbett, CeCe Winans for new Motown Gospel label

REFLECTING the continuing expansion of the gospel scene Motown Records have entered into a joint venture with EMI Gospel to create a new label, Motown Gospel. The first appointment of the label is vice president of A&R, producer and songwriter Aaron Lindsey. Already signed to the label are gospel best sellers Smokie Norful, Tye Tribbett, Tasha Cobbs and Kierra Sheard. CeCe Winans has also announced her intention to be the first new signing to Motown Gospel. CR
