Rockers Small Town Mentality release debut album.

MAINSTREAM rock band Small Town Mentality are releasing their debut album 'Monochrome' at a gig at the Landmark Pavilion in Ilfracombe, Devon on 22nd April. The band grew out of the popular Carbon 14 (later C-14) who in 2003 enjoyed a Cross Rhythms turntable hit with their song "Life". CR
