Rock team Kutless release new single "Mirror"

CCM HITMAKERS Kutless have issued their latest single "Mirror". Speaking about the song the band's James Mead said, "I wrote 'Mirror' during an interesting time in my life. I am currently going to school at Grand Canyon University (as an online student), and I was studying Hermeneutics when I wrote this song. The class ended up having a strong impact on the meaning of this song and the scope of its impact. In my Hermeneutics class, I was tasked with outlining the Epistle of James in the New Testament. One verse - one that has always impacted me - became my focus. James 1:23 talks about how the Word of God is like a mirror, and asks rhetorically what man would look at his reflection and then walk away forgetting what sort of man he was. Essentially, if you look at a mirror and it shows you have dirt on your face, it is up to you to wipe it off. This song was a personal reflection about how I'm grateful for those moments of clarity, and how God sees past my disguise no matter what."
