A BAND from Poland, Pospolite Ruszenie who describe their music as "medieval rock metal" have released the EP 'Swiebodosc' (the title coming from a medieval popular song meaning "a generosity"). Pospolite Ruszenie's hard rock music also utilises period instuments including shawms, recorders, bagpipes, hurdy-gurdy, vielle and viola da gamba while their lyrics are taken from Old Polish poetry.
