Shelly Thunder, Lil Ash, Octavia Harris on female rap compilation

AMERICA's Christian Female Rap Network (CFRN) have released a various artists project 'When Lightning Strikes' which encompasses the stories of women from the USA, Jamaica, Bermuda and Trinidad. Read a press release, "The project is delivered by 16 diverse female rap artists. Collectively they give voice to women often forgotten due to poverty, racism and exploitation. The artists include Shelly Thunder, who helped bring the fusion of reggae and hip-hop to the forefront of American music in the late 1980s, and 13 year old Lil Ash, who recently released the 'Prophetic Hip-Hop' album. Founder of CFRN, Octavia Harris, also appears on the album. CR
