Books follow on from successful Matthew West album

CCM HITMAKER Matthew West has joined forces with best selling author Angela Thomas (Do You Think I'm Beautiful, My Single Mom Life) for the book The Story Of Your Life: Inspiring Stories Of God At Work in People Just Like You. The book, published in the US in September by Harvest House Publishers, is linked to West's best selling CD 'The Story Of Your Life' which in turn was inspired by 10,000 personal stories from individuals received by the songwriter. Said West, "As stories began to pour in by the thousands, I quickly sensed that not only was something special taking place, but that my life was about to change. During those months, my eyes were opened to see the world outside my door like I had never witnessed before."

To be published in January 2012 will be What's Your Story? book and companion DVD. The book and interactive standalone guide will allow readers to personalize and explore more deeply the messages of God's hope and redemption in their stories. West is also readying his first, full-length Christmas album, 'The Heart Of Christmas', this October through Sparrow Records/EMI CMG.
