UK Gospel label Awake Records is launched.

ONE OF the UK's longest running gospel distributors, London-based Awake have finally launched their record label, Awake Records. After almost 14 years in the gospel field Awake will launch British gospel group Nu Soul and US artist Kaize Adams in November. First releases are Nu Soul's album 'Out Of Sync' and Kaize's single "So Pure". Owner and CEO of Awake Records, Lucas Langdon said, "Awake has broken a lot of ground over the years and we have helped so many artists along the way. I think it's fair to say that Awake is definitely here to stay and so is British gospel music." CR
