London Community Gospel Choir to perform at Six Nations match
BRITAIN's leading gospel choir, the London Community Gospel Choir, will lead the
centenary celebrations at the Six Nations rugby match at Twickenham on
6th February. For the first time, the conducting baton will be passed
from the choir's founder Rev Bazil Meade to his 25 year old daughter
Stephanie Oyerinde (née Meade) who will lead the performance in front
of 80,000 people in the stadium and to an estimated television
audience of 10 million viewers.
absolutely fabulous! Stephanie and husband rushed over to Surbiton afterwards with much gusto and energy to teach us a "Sing Gospel" workshop - after her big day - amazing!
