California's Sinai Beach release "incredibly heavy" album.

A BAND often accredited as being the heaviest Christian group currently gigging, California's Sinai Beach spoke about their new album, 'Immersed'. The band's vocalist CJ Alderson told HM magazine, "This is definitely the most heavy and chaotic record we've done. It still has elements of hardcore and is incredibly heavy, but it's not what everyone is doing now. It's more what everybody did in the '80s and early '90s - like Pantera and Cannibal Corpse, with some Slipknot thrown in - bands that we listen to." CR
