Pop team Avalon turn to hymnbook for new album

AMERICA's best selling pop harmony group Avalon have recorded an album of hymns, 'Faith: A Hymns Collection'. Produced by Brown Bannister (Amy Grant, Third Day), the project originated from the band members Greg and Janna Long's and Jody McBrayer's longtime love of church worship standards. Hymns featured include "Blessed Assurance", "Great Is Thy Faithfulness", "It Is Well With My Soul" and an R&B-influenced "Jesus Medley".
