Garth Hewitt undergoes successful operation for cancer

BRITAIN's singer/songwriter Garth Hewitt has received confirmation from his medical consultant that the operation to isolate and remove the cancerous tissue was successful and no further treatment will be required. Garth will gradually be returning to work from the beginning of May. CR
