UK's Rob Halligan to tour with America's Bob Halligan

IN AN unusual move British singer/songwriter Rob Halligan has announced that he will be touring with American singer/songwriter Bob Halligan. Although not related, the two Halligans have forged a friendship. Bob Halligan has written for a host of artists including Cher, Michael Bolton and Judas Priest and fronts Celtic band Ceili Rain. The tour of the UK is set to take place in July 2009.
