Keyboard man John Giddens leaves US rockers Showbread
KEYBOARD player with alternative rock experimental band Showbread, John 'JG' Giddens has decided to leave the band. Read a band statement, "Living in a van, being poor and sleeping on floors for six years makes people go a little crazy. JG has decided to leave behind the life of the travelling circus in order to pursue some kind of normalcy (a 'real' job, a family, etc). On April 6th, John was present for the filming of a Showbread music video, which was his last activity as a member of the band."
Showbread's two CD projects 'Anorexia' and 'Nervosa' are released in the US on 13th May. A deputy for JG will play synths on the forthcoming You Can't Save Yourself tour.
