Integrity Media founder Michael Coleman buys bas back the company.
TEN YEARS after making Integrity Media a publicly traded company, president and CEO Michael Coleman is buying back the company, returning it to private status. Coleman, who co-founded Integrity in 1987 and remains the principal stockholder, set up Kona Acquisition Corp for the purpose of purchasing the Mobile, Alabama-based worship music company.
Founded as a record and tape club, Integrity Media is now the parent company to Integrity Music, home to the 'Wow Worship' series, the 'iWorship' series and The Passion Of The Christ soundtrack. Integrity Publishers, funded in 2001, has released book by Max Lucado and Pat Robertson.

this is very interesting. I am currently putting up a music company to harness God's Available talents in my home town and Kenya before moving to Africa. I am keen to know the experiences of Michael in running a public outfit vis-a-vis the private one. Any help?
