Folk and hip-hop fusion on Southwire debut album
A GROUP from Duluth, Minnesota, Southwire, have today released their self-titled debut album on Chaperone Records. Their music is described as an "alchemical mixture of a folk singer and a rap group. Jerree Small's hauntingly beautiful voice and piano are the silk to Crew Jones frontman Ben Larson's leathery bravado."
